We ship worldwide (with the exception of Turkey, Kosovo, Brazil, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates). Outside of Europe, we always ship with the local national postal services.

Important information for customers outside EU
For customers ordering from outside the EU, please note that your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in your country. Discreet packaging
Discretion is very important to us. Your order will always be shipped in a completely neutral brown cardboard box. We only mention the abbreviation "HGS" as the sender. This way, only you know that the package comes from us.

Not in stock?

In case of defects
We pack all orders in strong boxes with plenty of filler material. Should a product sadly not reach you in good condition, you can contact our customer service. They will provide a good solution.
