Product-related questions

Yes, we offer a wide range of products suitable for different hair types. To find out which product best suits your hair type, you can do our Hair Test. This will help you make the right choice!

Yes, almost all our products are free of chemical additives, such as sulphates, silicones, SLS and parabens, making them generally safe for sensitive skin or scalp. For personal advice on which product best suits your skin, you can fill in our Hair Test.

Hair growth is a slow process, especially if hair follicles have been affected for a long time. You usually see the first results, such as firm hair or less hair loss, after 3 to 6 months. The full effect often only shows itself after 12 months. Hair grows on average 1.25 cm per month. With scalp treatments, you can experience an improvement of your scalp problems after only 4 weeks. In hair care, products often work after just one or two uses.

On the product page of each specific product, you'll find instructions for use that indicate the best way to use the product and how often.

Yes, most of our hair growth products are suitable for both men and women. For specific products, you can use the filters on the category pages.

Yes, you can! Just make sure that other products you use are also free of chemical additives, as these can affect the effect of our products.

Nearly all our products are free of harmful chemicals. On the product pages, you can read exactly which substances are in each product at the bottom of the ingredient list.

No, our products are not tested on animals and are only tested on humans.

Possible side effects may vary from product to product. Please feel free to contact us for information on side effects of a specific product.

Using instructions

Shampoo: First, massage a small amount of shampoo onto your scalp and rinse. Then use shampoo again, leave it on for 3 minutes and rinse.

Conditioner: Use conditioner after every wash. Massage it into the scalp and over the lengths of your hair, leave on for 3 minutes and rinse out.

Lotion: Apply the lotion twice a day to the areas where your hair is thinner. Massage in well and, if necessary, divide your hair into sections to prevent the lotion from getting on your hair itself.

Supplements: Take the recommended dosage as indicated on the packaging. For best results, take the tablets spread throughout the day, preferably during or after meals.

In most cases this is not necessary, but if you have used styling products, we recommend rinsing them out before applying the hair growth product.

For hair growth products, it is better to opt for supplements and/or laser therapy if your hair is bleached, as some plant extracts can cause slight discolouration. For coloured hair, we do have specific hair care products in our range.

It is best to store our products in a dry place and at room temperature. Preferably store them in a dark place.


Order and delivery

From your customer account you can click on the relevant order at account details. Don't have a customer account yet? Then click here, then click on ‘Register’ and enter your details. When you click ‘Create’, you will return to the login screen and you can log in with the e-mail address and password you entered.

Once you have clicked on your order, you can click on ‘track shipment’. Should the track-and-trace provide unclear or incorrect information, please contact customer service.

We make every effort to ship your order on the same day, however it may happen that circumstances take a little longer. In most cases your order will be dispatched the next day. Does it take longer than three days for your parcel to be dispatched? Please contact us.

If you have received an incorrect product, we would like to ask you to contact our customer service. Please include your order number and attach a photo of the product you received.

United Kingdom:

    When a product is out of stock, you can leave your e-mail address via a pop-up on the corresponding product page. When the product is back in stock, you will be notified via email. Please note that popular products often sell out quickly, so do not wait too long to place your order after receiving the e-mail.


    Returning and cancelling

    For more information on our returns policy, please refer to the returns page.

    Our warehouse processes are automated, so orders are processed immediately after payment. In most cases, we can therefore no longer make changes or cancellations. Do you still have a question about this? If so, please contact our customer service team.

    If you have ordered the wrong products, you can refuse the package at delivery. It will then automatically be returned to us.


    We are happy to look into a suitable solution if you are not satisfied. For this, please contact us. Unopened products can be returned for a refund. For this, please refer to our ‘Returns’ page.


    Subscriptions and discounts

    We do not currently offer subscriptions, but keep an eye on our website for updates.

    There are normally no specific discounts for regular customers, but signing up for our newsletter will keep you up to date with all promotions. You can sign up at the bottom of this page.


    In your shopping basket, you can enter your discount code in the special ‘Discount code’ box.

    If you purchase two products, you will receive a 10% discount. With three products or more, you will receive 15% discount on your entire order. Some products are excluded from this discount, including Linn Minoxidil, Theradome, K18, Mediceuticals, and Regenepure.

    For some brands, we do not have approval from our suppliers to include them in the quantity discount. Also, some products are not legally allowed to participate in discount because they are non-prescription medicines, including minoxidil.


    Effectiveness and scientific evidence

    Our hair growth products contain ingredients known for their hair growth stimulating effects. You will find an explanation of the active ingredients on each product page.

    Yes, our products are carefully selected based on scientific evidence and effectiveness. Only hair growth products that have been shown to work and meet high standards on ease of use and scientific evidence are included in our range. In this way, we guarantee that customers truly benefit from the products we offer.

    Yes, for specific forms of hair loss we recommend special products. For personal advice, you can complete our Hair Test.

    Yes, we only select products with ingredients whose effectiveness has been demonstrated in scientific studies. In some cases, products or combinations of products have also been the subject of specific studies. We then list these on the product page.

    We aim to respond to your email within 24 hours. Weekends and holidays are excluded.

    Guarantee and trust

    We obviously want you to be happy with the results and are happy to look at a solution together if you are not satisfied. Do keep in mind that hair growth is a slow process, and it may take several months before the first effects become visible. Normally, hair grows on average only 1.25 cm per month.

    After about 3 months, you usually notice an improvement in the condition of your hair and scalp. The first visible results for hair growth come around 6 months, and after 12 months you can often see a clear difference in the amount of hair.

    Should you still have doubts about the results so far, you can always contact us during your treatment.

    If you do not experience any results, contact our customer service team. We will review your situation and will be happy to work with you to find a suitable solution. Unopened products can be returned for a refund.

    Special circumstances

    This varies from product to product, but many products can affect your hormone balance. Therefore, we always recommend contact with our customer service team if you want to start a hair growth treatment during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

    The products we can recommend with certainty are: Beaver keratin shampoo + conditioner, MSM powder, Kmax keratin hair fibres.

    Most products have only been tested on adults aged 18 and above. However, the products we can recommend for children and teenagers are: Beaver keratin shampoo + conditioner, MSM powder, Kmax keratin hair fibres.

    No, these products are risk-free and therefore no precautions need to be taken.

    This varies from product to product, but suitable products include Neofollics shampoo, conditioner, supplements, lotion and possibly MSM powder. Low-level laser therapy with the Theradome laser helmet is also possible. For additional information, you can always contact our customer service team.
